**About the Opportunity**

Taking the lead from the Director of Product, the Product Owner plays a pivotal role in planning, executing, and releasing cutting-edge proptech solutions for our advisors, consumers, and real estate partners. In this high-impact role, you will be instrumental in driving our development teams to deliver daily releases, ensuring our products not only meet but exceed market expectations. Your mission is to transform our vision into reality, crafting user-centric, innovative solutions that elevate our brand and service offerings.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Product Strategy and Execution:
- Interact with the business to build a clear and prioritized backlog, effectively translating business interactions and feedback into actionable product development plans.-
- Continuously develop and maintain a roadmap that stays aligned with changing business objectives and market conditions.-
- Lead the planning and execution of product updates and new features, focusing on maintaining high-quality standards and timely delivery.-
- Backlog Management and Agile Execution:
- Take ownership of the product backlog, clearly defining user stories and acceptance criteria.-
- Prioritize backlog items effectively, ensuring transparency and understanding among stakeholders and team members.-
- Utilize strong business analysis skills to document requirements and workflows, enhancing team understanding and efficiency in managing the backlog.-
- Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and developers, to create cohesive and effective product strategies.-
- Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and calculated risk-taking, maintaining open communication and engagement across teams.-
- Quality Assurance and Solution Validation:
- Participate in QA processes, perform testing and validation to ensure product quality and reliability.-
- Identify, document, and resolve product issues or bugs, prioritizing based on impact and urgency.-
- Stakeholder Engagement and Communication:
- Regularly communicate with stakeholders, including leadership, advisors, and real estate partners, to gather feedback and align expectations.-
- Translate stakeholder needs into actionable product requirements, maintaining transparency and buy-in.-
- Market Analysis and Adaptation:
- Monitor and analyze market trends, consumer feedback, and competitive landscapes, adapting product strategies accordingly. Focus on how AI could transform product appeal and relevance to customers and stakeholders.-
- Ensure the product remains relevant, competitive, and aligned with industry standards.-
- Leverage AI to identify new opportunities for innovation, ensuring the product remains relevant and competitive in a rapidly evolving market.-
- Resource and Budget Management:
- Manage and allocate resources effectively, overseeing product-related budgets.- Report on ongoing allocation of labour against projects and initiatives.

**Education and Experience**- Minimum of 5 years in a Product Owner role, ideally within a tech-forward, fast-paced environment.- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent Agile certification.- Proficient in Jira and Confluence, with a track record of effectively managing product backlogs and work
