**About Us**:
UcWay Inc. is a filming company that specializes in creating infomercials, commercials, instructional programs, and event videos.

We are currently looking for part-time or freelance video camera operation specialists to join our team. Please note that this is a contract position.

As part of our team, you will be responsible for:

- Work with directors and managers to determine all aspects of shots
- Provide practical and creative input to scene planning
- Select, assemble and position equipment (cameras, tripods, cables, and etc.)
- Prepare cameras and test angles or camera movements
- Shoot scenes according to requirements
- Capture quality footage from a fixed or moving position
- Resolve technical or practical issues
- Assist other operators by reviewing footages and make suggestions
- Coordinate with other staff and users to produce the best final effect
- Any other duties as assigned

**Work Hours**:
October to November 30th, with possibility to extend
While members are contacted for various projects, be prepared to work about 10 to 20 hours per week on:

- Weekdays: 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm
- Weekends: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

**Qualifications**:
To join our project team, you must:

- Completed or in the process of pursuing a college or university degree
- Be able to think and act quickly
- Be able to carry about heavy equipment (50 lbs)
- Have superior customer service skills and punctuality
- Be able to plan and manage work under time constraints
- Be able to multitask and work independently
- Be willing to learn
- Be willing to travel across GTA
- Have excellent communication skills
- A team player
- Attention to detail
- Prior related experience is an asset
- Graduate of the cadets program is highly preferred
