Youth Activity Leader Assistant

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Activity Leader Assistant to join our team for this summer season.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Leading and facilitating group activities, games, and sports while ensuring student safety and engagement.
- Providing instruction and encouragement to support students’ personal growth, teamwork, and skill-building.
- Creating a positive, inclusive, and welcoming environment where all students feel supported and encouraged
to participate.
- Planning and running age-appropriate activities tailored to students' diverse interests and needs.
- Supervising students during activities and transitions while maintaining appropriate supervision ratios.
- Assisting in behavior management and resolving conflicts using positive communication techniques.
- Acting as a positive role model, demonstrating respect, sportsmanship, and empathy.
- Collaborating with staff to coordinate daily schedules and ensure smooth transitions between activities.
- Attending staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development as required.
- Taking photos of students during activities for documentation purposes.
- Submitting daily reports on activities, student participation, highlights, and any incidents.
- Keeping accurate records of student attendance and reporting any medical or behavioral issues.
- Following all program policies regarding child protection, confidentiality, and emergency procedures.
**Requirement**:
- Strong communicate and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a passion for student engagement.
- First Aid and CPR certification is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
**Schedule**:
- Monday to Saturday
**Education**:
- High School Diploma(required)
- Professional English Working Fluency
