Horizon Retirement Management is a private seniors' residence (RPA) manager with 8 residences in the greater Montreal area and in Ottawa. Join our more than 500 dedicated employees who provide our residents with a client experience focused on well-being.

**Qualifications**:

- Education: Grade 12 level education or GED certificate
- Background: Previous housekeeping and laundry experience
- Good time management skills
- Good communication skills

**Major responsibilities**:

- Receives direction, assignment and evaluation of work from the Maintenance and Safety Manager.
- Provides housekeeping services as scheduled.
- Picks-up garbage daily.
- Reports any changes in a residents’ physical, mental or emotional condition to management.
- Notifies Building Service Coordinator in the event of an emergency and assists in implementing emergency interventions as delegated by the supervisor on duty.
- Maintains tidiness and cleanliness of all equipment, storage and work areas.
- Reports any damaged or unsafe equipment to Building Service Coordinator immediately.
- Practices infection control protocol.
- Reports all resident and staff incidents/accidents immediately.
- Participates in all mandatory in-service education and training sessions.
- Adheres to the employee standards and Code of Ethics.
- Reports to supervisor any equipment or supply requirements.
