We are currently seeking a **Housekeeping Attendant** to join our team.

**SUMMARY OF POSITION**

The **Housekeeping Attendant** is a key member of the maintenance team and is responsible for ensuring cleanliness while maintaining a high level of customer service within our rental communities. This position offers a fix schedule, employee benefits and more.

**RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES**
- General dusting, vacuuming, mopping
- Emptying garbage and recycling
- Wet cleaning horizontal surfaces
- Spot Cleaning of walls and glass
- Sanitizing touchpoints
- Establish positive rapport with tenants when possible
- Conduct all work in accordance with company safety and other workplace policies
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

**SKILLS AND SPECIFICATIONS**
- Communicate in English both written and verbally
- Strong attention to detail
- Be physically capable of lifting, bending, and performing repetitive tasks
- Flexible, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a variety of settings
- Works well independently and in a team environment
- Must be able to work well under pressure
- Strong ethical values

**EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS**
- Computer literate, including Microsoft Office 365
- Valid Driver's License
- Experience with Yardi Voyager is considered an asset

Pay: $19.50-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
