Compliance Customer Success Expert

Do you enjoy working with customers to improve their operational compliance?
Work with Nimonik Customers to develop and deploy the Nimonik solution and help companies around the world achieve Comprehensive Compliance.
The job demands careful analysis of project scope, deliverable, workflow mapping, verbal and written communication skills and lean management techniques.
**Accountability**
- You will be accountable for renewal of contracts with our customers, which is mostly dependant on value creation and the on-time delivery of our services to our customers
- Maintenance of a 95% renewal rate is considered excellent, maintenance of a 90% renewal rate is considered good and anything below 90% is considered room for improvement
You will be accountable to realize customer success objectives with respect to on-boarding deliverable and experience, measure and monitor customer success performance indicators, identify and implement corrective and preventive actions to maintain a high level of customer success (engagement, satisfaction, utility, support, etc.) throughout their subscription period.
**Responsibilities**:
- Identify customer needs and help create their account on Nimonik
- Train and communicate with customers
- Report IT challenges or gaps to the appropriate people within Nimonik
- Report progress, issues and challenges to Client Development (Sales) and to Compliance Obligations and Updates Cells (Content) as required
**Requirements and Skills**
- Be Proactive and very organized
- Seek to understand
- Very strong communication skills
- Experience working with regulatory data (preferably EHS and others) or industrial standards and understanding of management systems
- Skills and experience in the areas of project management, business development, and/or customer relations.
- Familiarity with Lean methods (Kanban, Kaizen, Muda,...)
- Familiarity with web technology and mobile technology
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong sense of responsibility
- Curious and flexible, with strong self-motivation; persistent attitude toward problem-solving
- Ability to conduct oneself professionally and conscientiously.
- Degree in EHS, management, librarian studies, data management or other related fields.\
- Desire to propose new services to existing customers
- Passion for learning.
**Assets**
- Working knowledge of information science and database structure and relational database with a strong desire to learn more.
- Knowledge of ISO 14001, 45001, 52000
- Fluent in English and French, Chinese and other languages are an Asset
**Compensation**
- Competitive salary ($60,000 - $100,000 based on performance)
- Three (3) weeks of vacation per year
