**Job description**

Greet new and returning customers as they come into the store and help them with their vaping needs by carefully listening to them and asking them the right questions to ensure an outstanding customer service experience for every single customer.
- Regularly Learn about the different types and variations of Vaping Products.
- Communicate and educate new and experienced customers about the different products.
- Customer service experience preferred.
- Accurately operate POS system and cash register.
- Respond to customers’ questions/concerns in person or by telephone.
- Open and prepare store by maintaining a clean and professionally-looking store.
- Close and secure store by following a pre-determined checklist of simple tasks.
- Stock up display shelves and storage areas with products.
- Write down customers’ requests for products and communicate with management.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Strong spoken and written communication skills in English.
- Mature and Hardworking attitude.
- Friendly and positive “no problem” attitude.
- Willingness to learn about new and changing products as well as regulations.
- Basic Computer and Technology skills.
- Reliable and able to work flexible shifts: Days, Evenings and Weekends.

Part-Time Available: 15-33 hours per week.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $16.00 -$20.00/Hour
