Parts Advisor

**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Assist customers in identifying and sourcing the correct parts for their vehicles or equipment.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure that parts are well-organized and easily accessible.
- Process sales transactions efficiently, including cashiering duties and cash handling.
- Utilize Excel to manage inventory data, sales reports, and customer information.
- Negotiate with suppliers to obtain competitive pricing on parts.
- Stay informed about market trends and new products to provide knowledgeable recommendations to customers.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall store performance and customer satisfaction.

**Skills**
- Proficient in Excel for data management and reporting.
- Strong sales skills with the ability to negotiate effectively.
- Experience in cashiering and cash handling procedures.
- Excellent math skills for accurate pricing and inventory management.
- Outstanding customer service abilities with a focus on building relationships.
- Knowledge of retail sales practices, particularly in the automotive or equipment sectors.
- Multilingual capabilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
