We are looking for a Calibration Specialist to join our Group and play a key role in ensuring the precision and reliability of our measurement tools and equipment. In this hands-on role, you’ll contribute directly to our commitment to quality assurance and compliance, supporting both internal teams and external service providers.

This position is part of our Service Department in Burlington, where we focus on delivering technical excellence and operational reliability. As a Calibration Specialist, you’ll help uphold industry standards such as ISO 17025, making a measurable impact on our service capabilities and customer satisfaction.

**Which tasks will you perform?**
- Conduct routine and specialized in-house calibrations of instrumentation to maintain measurement accuracy.
- Collaborate with repair technicians on customer repairs to ensure rapid turnaround
- Coordinate and oversee internal and Authorized Service Provider (ASP) proficiency testing programs to validate measurement capabilities of service org.
- Perform scheduled audits of tools and equipment to ensure compliance with calibration schedules and standards.
- Manage the lifecycle of tools calibration and recertification, including scheduling, documentation, and vendor coordination.
- Develop, update, and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to calibration processes.
- Provide expertise and support in maintaining compliance with ISO 17025 standards, including documentation and audit preparation.
- Be readily available to respond to customer emergencies in the field, providing calibration and technical support as needed.
- Compliance with safety, regulatory and calibration standards such as ISO 17025, cGMP, ISO 9001, WHIMS etc.
- Meet or exceed defined key performance indicators and goals to keep workshop business sustainable
- Consultancy Services:

- Installed base audits
- Maintenance Process Analysis
- Measurement Performance Analysis
- Criticality and Maximum Permissible Error Assessment
- Calibration Interval OptimizationAny other duties as assigned

- Post-secondary technical education in Instrumentation or Process Control
- Experience in calibration and metrology practices
- Familiarity with ISO 17025 standards
- Class G driving license
- Able to learn new tools, software and technologies
- Self-starter, good communication skills, collaborative, organization and documentation skills, customer focused
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
- Willingness to travel for field support when required
- French is assetAny knowledge of SAP or office enterprise software would be an asset
