This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who feels at home on site, can step in to solve problems on the spot, and ensures that every build reflects our commitment to quality and care. **About Us**: With more than 15 years of experience and a fresh rebrand, Ever After Homes is focused on delivering a concierge-style custom homebuilding journey. We're a client-first team based in Burlington, working across the GTA from Hamilton to Mississauga to Guelph. Our mission is to nurture clients through the homebuilding process with transparency, attention, and heart. **What You'll Do**: - Supervise day-to-day site operations for custom homes and high-end renovations - Act as the main point of contact on site for trades, suppliers, and consultants - Coordinate scheduling, deliveries, and work sequencing to keep projects on track - Monitor quality, safety, and progress through regular site walks - Step in to perform light hands-on work if needed to keep things moving - Support clients and communicate clearly to maintain trust throughout the build - Work closely with the Ever After Homes team to deliver a seamless client experience **What We're Looking For**: - 5 or more years of residential construction experience, ideally in a supervisory role - Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, site safety, and building systems - Proven ability to coordinate multiple trades and keep projects on schedule - Practical mindset with the ability to roll up your sleeves when needed - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - High digital fluency; comfortable using JobTread, Google Workspace, and digital drawings - Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for site visits - Knowledge of the Ontario Building Code and permitting processes is an asset **Why Join Ever After Homes**: - Competitive salary range of $80,000 to $95,000 based on experience - Flexible schedule with a blend of office, site, and remote work - Paid time off and holidays - Mileage reimbursement for job-related travel - A small, passionate team with a big vision - Opportunity to grow into other leadership roles as we expand **Build More Than Just Houses** - Ever After Homes is committed to equity, diversity, and inclusion in our hiring practices and workplace.
