**Role Overview**

A member of the Aspen Air Charters Sales Team, you will play a key role in driving Aspen Air Charters continued growth and remaining Canada’s #1 provider of private jet services by generating new sales leads, growing existing private charter sales relationships and providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond to ensure the highest quality private charter travel experience for clients.

**You Will Do**
- Generate new business sales leads and growing existing customer accounts.
- Manage the end-to-end trip planning process for clients including developing detailed private charter quotes aligned to customers’ needs and coordinating trip details with operators.
- Document customer details and trip plans via Aspen air Charters internal systems and processes.
- Attend trade shows, conferences and other promotional networking events.

**What You Bring**
- 2-3 years’ related sales experience generating new business, growing existing sales and maintaining strong customer relationships; equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the sales cycle, best practices and current market trends.
- Positivity, energy and **proactivity**.
- A customer-focused, solutions-oriented approach.
- Solid problem-solving, judgement and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and planning skills with attention to detail.
- Effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- A collaborative, professional, customer driven approach.
- Proficiency with MS Office and CRM/reporting/analytics tools.
- Experience in the aviation industry or an aviation sales role an asset.

We will consider an equivalent combination of education and experience

Pay: $45,000.00-$64,000.00 per year
