**Job Overview**

In this role, you'll take the lead in managing project sites, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and to the highest standards. You will be working closely with a small, tight-knit team, and we're looking for someone who is not only experienced but also eager to contribute to the growth and success of our company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate skid steers, excavators, and other heavy machinery safely and efficiently.
- Lead and supervise landscaping and hardscaping projects, including carpentry tasks such as building decks, fences, and other wooden structures.
- Manage and coordinate a small team, ensuring work is completed to the highest standards.
- Plan and execute landscaping tasks, including planting, grading, sod installation, and irrigation.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a positive work environment.
- Ensure all safety protocols and company policies are followed.
- Collaborate with the team to problem-solve and implement creative landscaping solutions.
- Maintain and care for machinery and tools to ensure optimal performance.
- Communicate with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.

**Qualifications**:

- 3+ years of experience in landscaping, hardscaping, and carpentry.
- Extensive experience operating skid steers, excavators, and other landscaping machinery.
- Strong knowledge of hardscaping techniques, including stonework, paver installation, base preparation and carpentry.
- Ability to lead a team and ensure the successful completion of projects.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, in all weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to grow with the company and take on increasing responsibilities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 60 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Overtime pay
