We are currently recruiting Operations Manager to join our team. In this position you would report to our Owner and be responsible for a range of duties.
- Setup and management of projects from initial setup to final close out including professional communication with project stakeholders
- Tracking and invoicing of active projects including job costing review for monthly billing
- Coordination, scheduling and review of subcontractor and supplier invoicing
- Manage the construction schedule of active and upcoming projects to ensure critical milestones and deliveries are met
- Daily communication and coordination with project supervisors for scheduling of internal resources and priorities
- Review monthly and annual reports along with work in progress forecasting

**Skills & Qualifications**
- Minimum of 2 years experience in managing the operations of landscape or site construction business
- Minimum of 3 years experience providing leadership to multiple construction crews
- Have knowledge of landscape and civil construction techniques, equipment and GPS technology
- Well organized and ability to schedule time effectively
- Ability to resolve problems quickly
- Proficient with a computer including MS word, excel, project and experience with project estimating and costing
- Valid driver's license and clean abstract
- Ability to work as part of team
- Not aren't afraid to ask for help or guidance by others

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $75,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
