As a Server at Lee’s Donuts, you will play a crucial role in both providing top-notch customer service and adding artistic flair to our delicious donuts. Your responsibilities will include:
**Server Responsibilities**:

- Exceptional Customer Service: Greeting and serving customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner.
- Order Processing: Taking accurate customer orders and efficiently processing transactions using the Square POS register.
- Donut Preparation: Assisting with displaying donuts on the showcase for sale, ensuring visual standards are met.
- Upselling: Actively upselling additional menu items to enhance the customer experience.

**Donut Decorating Responsibilities**:

- Creativity and Precision: Utilizing your artistic skills to decorate donuts to company standards with precision and creativity.
- Quality Control: Ensuring that decorated donuts meet the company’s visual and taste standards before they are served to customers.

**General Responsibilities**:

- Restocking: Ensuring that supplies are restocked as needed to maintain a smooth workflow.
- Cleanliness: Providing valuable assistance with cleaning duties to maintain a pristine environment in all areas of the store (inside/outside, front counter, kitchen, bathroom, etc)
- Product Knowledge: Maintaining a solid knowledge of all donut products and quickly adapting to new decorating techniques and monthly flavours.

- Experience in handling credit card and debit transactions.

- Reliability, enthusiasm, and self-motivation, with a willingness to learn.
- Minimum of one year of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation - Base Salary: $17.40/hour + tips

**Job Types**: Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: $17.40 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
