The job

We seek a reliable, customer-focused Dry Cleaning Delivery Driver. The role requires safe driving and meticulous organization for efficient route management and excellent service.

Availability and Schedule:
This is a part-time position with the following approximate schedule:
Monday: 9:30 AM - 5:30 PM

Wednesday: 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Friday: 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Note: Shift end times are approximate and may vary depending on traffic conditions and route completion.

Key Responsibilities:
Garment Loading & Organization: Accurately load finished garments per route and location. Sort items to prevent damage or mix-ups. Ensure all clothing is protected during transport.

Delivery Operations: Follow designated route plans efficiently and adhere to time schedules. Deliver finished garments professionally to commercial accounts. Provide Professional, timely customer service.

Garment Collection: Collect incoming Bags for cleaning. Confirm bag counts and specific instructions with the customer.

Vehicle Management: Safely operate the company delivery vehicle, obeying all traffic laws. Conduct daily pre
- and post-trip vehicle inspections. Promptly report any required maintenance. Keep the vehicle clean.

Administration: Accurately record all deliveries and collections.

Facility Tasks: Unload collected garments at the facility. Transfer items to the processing area. Assist with other light facility duties during downtime.

Qualifications:
Prior experience as a Delivery Driver is preferred.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent attention to detail.

Professional customer service and communication skills.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and manage clothing racks.

Proficiency with GPS or route optimization software.

High school diploma or equivalent.
