**Job Summary**:
The General Maintenance / Clubhouse Cleaner is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment throughout the clubhouse and surrounding facilities. This role plays a key part in delivering a positive experience for members, guests, and staff by ensuring all public areas, service spaces, and support facilities are well maintained, sanitary, and presentable at all times. **While employed at the Lively Golf Club you will be entilted to free golfing privileges.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Cleaning & Sanitation**_
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, locker rooms, showers, and change room areas
- Vacuum, mop, and maintain floors throughout the C lubhouse
- Dust, wipe, and disinfect high-touch surfaces (doors, railings, counters, fixtures)
- Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces
- Empty garbage and recycling containers regularly
- Maintain cleanliness of staff areas, offices, and storage rooms
- **General Maintenance**_
- Perform light maintenance tasks (changing light bulbs, minor repairs, reporting facility issues)
- Assist with setup and teardown for events, banquets, and tournaments
- Maintain cleanliness in outdoor clubhouse areas including patios, entrances, walkways, and parking lot
- Empty outdoor garbage and recycling containers regularly
- Support seasonal maintenance needs as required
- **Safety & Standards**_
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation protocols
- Properly handle and store cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Maintain compliance with workplace safety standards and club policies
- Identify and report hazards, damages, or repair needs promptly
- **Qualifications & Skills**_
- Previous cleaning, janitorial, or facilities experience preferred (not required)
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Physically able to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks
- Positive attitude and guest-focused mindset
- **Working Conditions**_
- Mostly early mornings
- Evenings, weekends, and holidays may be required
- Indoor and outdoor work environments
- Physically active role with standing, lifting, walking, and repetitive tasks

**Job Types**: Part-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 10 months

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
