**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming of assigned areas.
- Utilize power machinery like Barnisher, scrubber & rabbit.
- Conduct commercial cleaning duties in various settings such as offices, grocery stores or healthcare facilities.
- Handle heavy lifting when moving furniture or equipment during cleaning processes.
- Maintain custodial supplies and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding cleaning needs or issues.
- Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as required to ensure overall cleanliness and safety.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred.
- Familiarity with power tools and hand tools used in cleaning operations.
- Strong customer service skills to interact positively with clients and staff.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with cleaning duties.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure high standards of cleanliness are met consistently.
- Good communication skills for effective teamwork and reporting any issues encountered during cleaning.
