We are seeking a professional and welcoming Dental Receptionist to be the first point of contact in our busy dental practice. This role requires a blend of efficiency and cordiality to ensure that our patients always feel valued and well-cared for from the moment they step through our doors.

**Your Role**:

- Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Schedule appointments accurately and manage patient flow efficiently.
- Handle incoming calls, provide information, and redirect queries as necessary.
- Maintain and manage patient records with strict adherence to confidentiality standards.
- Process payments and handle billing with precision.

**What You Need**:

- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in office software and understanding of dental scheduling platforms.
- A proactive approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in customer service or front desk management, preferably in a healthcare setting. Experience in dental is valued but not necessary.
