**Product Owner I - Client Solutions**

As a Product Owner I - Client Solutions, you’ll be accountable to build and manage the product backlog and provide business domain expertise and analysis to bring value to the business for the Digital Transformation program. You will also be required to drive the project roadmap and ensure that deliverables are met in a timely fashion as well as report on progress weekly.
**What are the main responsibilities?**
- Ensure product roadmaps are translated into sprints;
- Ability to carry-out and monitor the implementation of the roadmap as per schedule;
- Manage team members deliverables and ensure risks are identified and mitigated;
- Define requirements to meet product roadmaps deliveries;
- Provide deep industry understanding and expertise to support Business and development teams;
- Work closely with teams from our Windsor, Ontario site
- Prioritize backlog to maximize the value delivered to the stakeholders;
- Meet with internal / external stakeholder outside of Quebec and business owners to gather feedback, provide demos and understand enhancements to the product.
**What skills and experience are we looking for?**
- University Degree or equivalent experience;
- Understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, LeSS, SAFe, DevOps, etc)
- Experience in Project management, team leadership, or any other related role;
- Knowledge of the insurance industry or related service industry experience;
- Very Good verbal and written communication skills;
