**Types of Work**

We are looking for a team skilled in:
✔ Custom showers & waterproofing (Schluter, Wedi, etc.)
✔ Feature walls
✔ Large-format tile
✔ Backsplashes
✔ Fireplace surrounds
✔ Mitered edges
✔ Heated floor systems
✔ Tile demo & prep
✔ Leveling, niche construction, benches, curbs

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in custom tile installation
- Strong attention to detail and finishing
- Ability to complete high-end tile work and custom layouts
- Own tools, transportation, and liability/WCB coverage
- Professional communication and reliability
- Capability to manage jobsite cleanliness and timelines
