Nagaiki is a soon-to-open Japanese restaurant in West Edmonton Mall, specializing in **Abura Soba**—a unique style of ramen served without broth. Instead, springy noodles are tossed with a flavorful sauce base and finished with a variety of fresh toppings, offering a lighter yet deeply satisfying experience compared to traditional ramen.

We’re currently hiring a **Full-Time Dishwasher** to join our opening team. This role pays **$16/hour plus tips**, and you’ll be part of an exciting new concept bringing authentic Japanese flavors to Edmonton. If you’re reliable, hardworking, and enjoy supporting a fast-paced kitchen, this is your chance to help set the standard for Nagaiki’s clean and welcoming dining experience.

**Duties**
- Operate dishwashing equipment to clean dishes, pots, pans, and utensils efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by sweeping and mopping floors as needed.
- Assist with food preparation tasks, such as washing vegetables and organizing ingredients.
- Ensure all food handling practices comply with health and safety regulations.
- Help maintain an organized storage area for clean dishes and kitchen supplies.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during busy hours.
- Report any maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions promptly to the supervisor.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a hotel, restaurant, or food service environment is preferred.
- Experience in a **Japanese restaurant** is an asset.
- Knowledge of food handling and sanitation practices is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Strong teamwork skills and a willingness to support others in the kitchen.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Positive attitude and commitment to excellent hospitality.
