**Duties**
- Oversee daily food service operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage food preparation and cooking processes to maintain quality standards.
- Supervise and train staff in food handling, customer service, and operational procedures.
- Utilize POS systems, including Micros POS, for efficient cash handling and order processing.
- Conduct interviews and assist in hiring new team members to build a strong workforce.
- Foster a positive work environment through effective team management and leadership.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Implement food safety protocols to ensure compliance with industry standards.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in food service or restaurant management, with a strong understanding of kitchen operations.
- Previous supervisory experience is required, showcasing leadership abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food safety regulations.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally.
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and POS systems, particularly Micros POS.
- Strong communication skills to effectively lead a diverse team.
- Experience in hospitality settings such as hotels or cafes is preferred; barista experience is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $15.00-$16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 35 per week
