As a Framer, you will play a crucial role in the building process, ensuring that structures are framed accurately and efficiently. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and proficiency with various hand tools and measurement tools. The drive and motivation for quality work is a must.
**Responsibilities**
- Construct and assemble wooden frameworks for buildings, including walls, floors, and roofs.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine project specifications.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools to cut, shape, and install framing materials.
- Understanding the process of building from the ground up.
- Operate heavy equipment safely when required for specific tasks.
- Providing a quality over quantity mind and still ensuring work is completed in a timely manner.
- Lift heavy materials as necessary throughout the framing process.
- Accurately measuring job sites plus materials while leaving no room for error.
**Experience**
- Proven experience/schooling as a Framer or in a similar construction role is preferred, but willing to teach the right person the skills of the trade.
- Familiarity with concrete forming practices is a plus.
- Ability to read blueprints and follow directions from foreman.
- Experience with heavy equipment operation and valid G license.
- Proficient in using various hand tools essential for framing tasks.
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and durability in outdoor weather.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
