**What You Will Do With Us (The Job)**

Reporting to the Sales Manager, the **Sales Associate - Commercial** role is a great place to start your career in the industry. You will learn all the things you need to know to become a successful Outside Sales Representative in the electrical distribution space.

**Expectations**
- Grow sales and margin with an initial book of Business.
- Grow portfolio size by prospecting new accounts and leads
- Account and portfolio management using Salesforce
- Secure and manage contracts/agreements with manufactures
- Work and collaborate with service departments to deliver top customer service
- Work with Inside Sales, Branch Managers & Account Managers to build Business and solutions at customers
- Collect and manage market feedback on commodities

**Who Are You**
- You are a team player, enthusiastic and motivated to win.
- You have 2-3 years of related sales experience.
- You have the proven ability to communicate effectively and build/maintain effective relationships.
- You have a track record of achieving sales targets.
- You have excellent negotiation skills.
