The **_Senior_** **_Oracle Solutions Specialist _**will play a key role in supporting and evolving HIAA's new Oracle Cloud ERP and EPM solution by enabling our workforce to reach higher levels of productivity and by identifying opportunities to leverage the many capabilities available within the Oracle Cloud suite of products. This position will be key in keeping HIAA up to date with the latest Oracle Solutions releases and the industry best practices.

Core responsibilities will include identifying, recommending, developing and implementing system enhancements; coordinating the external Oracle Managed Services agreement for the assessment, testing and communications of quarterly updates; resolving users' incidents and keeping HIAA up to date with Oracle latest advancements. This position will require sharp analytical skills and knowledge of project management principles to ensure that complex projects are delivered on time, on budget and according to HIAA specifications and standards.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- College or university degree in an IT or Finance/Accounting related field.
- Extensive knowledge of Oracle Modules. Achieved or be on a track towards achieving Oracle Fusion Cloud Enterprise Resource Planning Certifications, in particular within the Financials, Procurement and HR designations.
