**Job Qualification**
- Personal Support Worker Diploma Certificate or Equivalent OR currently enrolled in Nursing program(RN/RPN) with a minimum successful completion of year 1 OR a domestic or foreign trained nurse
- **A Clear Police Criminal Record with Vulnerable Sector Screening Check**:

- **Proof of up to date Tb Test result (Step 1 and Step 2)**:

- **Valid drivers license**:

- Monday to Friday 8 hours a day. Day, evening and nights availability

**Job Types**: Part-time, Full-time Permanent

Part-time hours: 32+ per week

**Salary**: $20-$23.00 per hour

COVID-19 considerations:
All staff are required to wear all Personal Protective Equipment while attending to the vulnerable population.

**Duties**:

- Provide support and assistance to individuals with daily activities
- Assist with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Administer medication as directed by healthcare professionals
- Prepare meals and ensure dietary needs are met
- Perform light housekeeping duties, including cleaning and organizing living spaces
- Assist with transportation to appointments or recreational activities
- Engage in meaningful activities and provide companionship to individuals

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including heavy lifting and transferring individuals
- Knowledge of medication administration procedures is a plus
- Compassionate and patient demeanor when working with individuals
- Ability to communicate effectively with individuals, families, and healthcare professionals
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
