**QUALIFICATIONS:
- Chef training or culinary management diploma from a program that meets the standard established by the

Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities
- Safe Food Handling Course
- Understanding of therapeutic diets and menus
- Commercial cooking experience in a healthcare facility is an asset
- Good physical condition
- Ability to perform routine cleaning duties and assume responsibility for high standards of sanitation in the
- department
- Working knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety regulations
- Excellent customer service/communication skills
- Good organization skills and problem-solving, with the ability to set own priorities, use critical thinking,
- and work with mínimal supervision
- Ability to work collaboratively in a healthcare team setting
- Excellent attendance record
