Ainsley Poirier, The Founder & CEO of H&F Co. began her entrepreneurial journey over 20 years ago when she opened up her first company Fresh Look Design. In 2003, Ainsley took on her next venture when she opened the doors to her floral & lifestyle boutique, which she named after her two daughters Harper and Finley. Now in the post covid environment, H&F Co. has embarked on their next journey of creating their new normal. This all starts with hiring extraordinary team members that can execute our vision.

**WHAT YOU WILL OWN**
- Provide exceptional assistance to customers for all their needs including but not limited to; retail product, plants, etc.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Taking/fulfilling customer walk in orders, phone call orders and online orders
- Assist in wrapping floral bouquets
- Create floral bouquets that align with the H&F brand
- Clean, cut and prep fresh flowers when necessary
- Watering plants
- Stocking and rotating inventory
- Handling cash and sales transactions
- Organizing deliveries
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues and concerns
- Maintain a clean and presentable store that represents the H&F Co. brand
- Create stunning displays of H&F products throughout the store front
- Assist in daily stories and content creation
- Help develop the brand through creations of but not limited too unique packaging and gift boxes

**SKILLS WE SEEK**
- 2-3 years experience in working in a floral shop setting
- Experience with wedding and event florals a BONUS
- Fluency in English is mandatory
- Experience with florals is an asset
- A strong ability to build relationships with clients and customers
- Prioritizing and multitasking essential for success
- This role can have a physically demanding aspect. Must be able to lift and carry buckets of water/flowers, supplies etc.
- Positive and professional demeanor in all situations
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Well rounded

- Reliable and trustworthy
- Detail oriented
