**Key Responsibilities**:
- Perform daily plant maintenance, including watering, nutrient delivery, pruning, and canopy management.
- Assist with all stages of cultivation
- Execute post-harvest processing, including hand-trimming, drying, and curing of botanical products to meet precise quality standards.
- Maintain meticulous records of all cultivation activities, including nutrient logs, pest observations, and harvest data.
- Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of all cultivation areas and equipment in accordance with company protocols and regulatory standards.
- Adhere strictly to all company SOPs and Health Canada compliance regulations.
**Qualifications and Requirements**:
- Previous experience in a commercial greenhouse, indoor farm, or controlled environment agriculture facility is preferred.
- Knowledge of plant science, nutrient management, and Integrated Pest Management would be a plus.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with precision and consistency.
- Must be able to work in a physically demanding environment, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 40lbs.
- A proactive and collaborative team player with a strong work ethic.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must have access to own transportation.
