DESCRIPTION

Michels Canada is looking for an energetic, service oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join the Michels Canada Human Resources team. Working alongside of dynamic, multi skilled team of HR professionals, the Talent Acquisition Coordinator will support full cycle recruitment and the hiring process, as well as providing administrative support functions to the Talent Acquisition Business Partners. This role will also be responsible for the delivery of employee onboarding processes for the Nisku head office, and will support Craft Recruitment for major project ramp ups when required.

This position will be based in **Nisku, AB and is an onsite position, Monday - Friday.**

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain and promote a strong safety culture for all employees, vendors, and customers and follow all safety policies, procedures and regulations. Identify and communicate workplace hazards and correct or seek assistance in correcting unsafe actions or conditions
- Support the Talent Acquisition team by building and managing talent pipelines for administrative, technical and/or hard-to fill positions within JazzHR.
- Support HR Generalist with new hire onboarding activities for the Nisku Head Office.
- Participate in Michels sponsored job/community fairs to promote the Michels Canada culture and opportunities.
- Promote Michels Canada’s reputation as “best place to work”.
- Other duties as required.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- 2+ years of experience in a full cycle recruitment environment.

DESIRED SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong computer proficiency with multiple operating systems including MS 365, SharePoint. Advanced level experience using Word/Excel is an asset.

EDUCATION
- Completion of a diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or other related discipline.

LANGUAGES
- Must be able to fluently read and write in English.
