**Job Duties**
- Assist with placement of orders and exchanges
- Recommend potential products or services to customer by analyzing customer needs
- Resolve customer issues by determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting appropriate goods and services; following up to ensure resolution
- Suggest solutions when a product malfunctions
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to meet customer expectations
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
- Go the extra mile to engage customers
- Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information
- Advise customers with requested company information
- Assist with placement of orders and exchanges
- Ensure proper customer service is being delivered
- May attend Canadian/U.S.A trade shows with Covid guidelines. Occasional overnight stays may be required.

**Job Requirements**
- Excellent verbal and written language skills
- French Bilingual is considered an asset
- Minimum of one year customer service experience
- Ability to complete on-going training and education
- Can effectively problem solve
- Ability to use a computer, Microsoft programs, Internet and phone systems.

**Work Conditions**
- Office environment
- Sitting for long periods of time

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $17.00 per hour
