**We are seeking a passionate Guest Experience Associate in Whitby, Ontario to join our village.**

**What we need**

Reporting to the Manager, Guest Experience, the **Guest Experience Associate** welcomes, assists and advises customers on the thermotherapy cycle and its benefits, and all services and experiences available. He/he is also responsible to ensuring the up keeping of the premises, in accordance with organizational standards.

You will support the elevation of our culture through the lens of our pillars: The best in wellness | The feeling of somewhere else | A trouble-free experience | In a natural state.

**What you’ll do**
- Welcomes and registers customers;
- Responds to inquiries regarding services and facilities;
- Handles waiting lists and maintains customer records;
- Process various payment methods;
- Assists in maintain spa cleanliness, including the reception area, the entrance hall, the pavillons, the treatment rooms and employee areas and lockers
- Maintains par stock of supplies and accessories
- Maintains cleanliness of the reception area, lobby, entrance hall, pavilions, treatment rooms, common areas and Locker rooms;
- Refreshes lockers and refills fresh towels and toiletries;
- Assist guests to ensure the customer experience is impeccable, according to the standards dictated by the brand;
- Seeks to identify customer needs and strives to satisfy them;
- Performs other related tasks.

**Profile needed**

**What is the profile needed in order to be successful in this position**
- High school diploma;
- One-year experience in customer service; an asset;
- Basic knowledge of Windows based software, an asset;
- Knowledge of the SpaBooker system, an asset;
- Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism Management; an asset;
- WHMIS and PHIA Certification; an asset;
- Ability to communicate clearly with customers, managers and other associates;
- Be in good physical condition; ability to work outdoors during all months of the year (weather appropriate uniform provided); ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time, ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with a calm demeanor.
