**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of ESL-related teaching (pedagogical experience on IELTS or other high-stakes English language proficiency test is valued).
- **TESOL**-Canada /**TESL**-Ontario accreditation or equivalency certificates required.
- Native fluency in Mandarin and English.
- North-American educational credentials in linguistics or TESL preferred.
- The ability to follow a teaching schedule is a must (as there is typically no substitute teacher).

**Main Job Duties**:

- Planning, preparing and delivering IELTS prep lessons or beginner English lessons
- Preparing teaching materials
- Marking assignments

**Job Type**: Full time, Part time

**Location**: Winnipeg

**Education**:Bachelor’s degree or above is required, majoring in education or equivalent.

**Salary**: $17.00-$25.00 per hour

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
