**Note**:These are part-time, casual, temporary Support positions (Up to 24 hours per week) starting September 2025 and ending December 2025.

**Hours**:Hours are scheduled Monday to Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Hours will vary depending on when tests are scheduled. On occasion, weekends will be required.

**Duties**:
Invigilators are responsible for test and exam administration, including registration of students and ensuring eligibility to write exams, which can include the following:

- Appropriate room set up
- Registration and identification of students prior to administering exams
- Following instructions outlined by the faculty member(s)
- Ensuring no unauthorized materials are brought into the exam room
- Distribution of testing materials
- Monitoring the area for cheating and/or inappropriate behaviours
- Reporting breaches or security issues to the appropriate parties
- Collection of test materials at the end of the exam

**Qualifications**:

- Secondary/High School Diploma
- 1 year recent experience in a customer service setting
- Strong customer service skills
- Demonstrated understanding and commitment to maintaining appropriate standards of confidentiality and security of materials
- Demonstrated understanding of the importance of criteria and protocol related to assessment and test administration
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with a wide variety of cultural communication styles
- Effective interpersonal skills and ability to problem-solve
