**Key Responsibilities**
- Interpret **engineering drawings, blueprints, charts, and sample parts** to determine appropriate machining operations and sequence.
- Calculate **dimensions and tolerances**; measure and lay out workpieces with precision.
- Set up, operate, and maintain **CNC machines, plasma tables**, and other machine tools for cutting, drilling, sawing, grinding, and finishing.
- Assemble machined parts and subassemblies using **hand and power tools**.
- Inspect final products for **accuracy and adherence to specifications** using instruments such as **micrometers, verniers, calipers, height gauges, optical comparators**, and **Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM)**.
- Document inspection results and **report deviations** to the supervisor as needed.
- Maintain detailed **inspection and production reports**.

**Qualifications**
- Other trades certificate or diploma
