Location:Toronto, ON,
Physical Presence: Hybrid - 2 day per week in office

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Data Management and Analysis**:

- Input and manage reportable data related to FIU investigations.
- Prepare and compile detailed transaction reports for FIU teams.
- Ensure accuracy in documentation and data handling in compliance with FINTRAC regulations.
- **Workflow and Documentation**:

- Operate within established workflows, ensuring accurate saving and uploading of documentation.
- Communicate effectively with investigators to transcribe and clarify detailed information.
- **Communication and Support**:

- Provide support to the FIU team, addressing data-related queries and assisting in report preparation.

**Knowledge and Skills Required**:

- **Educational Background**:

- Bachelor's degree from a recognized Canadian university, preferably in a related field such as Data Science, Statistics, Finance, or Business Administration.
- **Technical Proficiency**:

- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and SharePoint.
- Familiarity with data entry tools and office equipment.
- **Analytical Skills**:

- Strong ability to gather, organize, and interpret data.
- Systematic thinker with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
- **Organizational and Administrative Skills**:

- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage tasks independently with mínimal direction.
- Strong initiative and self-management skills.
- **Communication and Interpersonal Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to interact with various stakeholders, demonstrating tact and confidentiality.
- **Work Environment**:

- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setting, balancing in-office and remote work.
- Comfort with extended periods of computer use.
