**Job description**

We are a small manufacturing company looking for an experienced Electrical Assembler & Tester who would like to continue building his/her carrier in a relaxed but productive atmosphere.

You need to be self-motivated, able to work in a professional manner, prioritize tasks, problem solve, and work independently as well as with a team, in both a slow and fast paced environment. Most of the time you will be assembling, testing, and troubleshooting to repair electrical products, as well as keeping stock levels up to par.

**Requirements**:

- Manually assembling various electrical components onto PCB.
- Installing, mounting, fastening, aligning and adjusting parts, components, connectors for wiring and harnesses to sub-assemblies and assemblies.
- Performing electrical and continuity testing of electronic components, parts and systems.
- Troubleshooting and determining reason for electrical failures and malfunctions.
- Understanding and performing work safety precautions and measures.
- Keeping your area clean and stock levels up to par
- Being able to meet deadlines and accurately recording time stamps on work orders
- You are legally eligible to work in Canada

**What we are looking for**:

- Electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Mechanical assembly skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- You understand electrical components and their function. You are able to view and understand electrical schematic diagrams.
- Fluent in English and you can follow along both written and verbal instructions (having legible handwriting is important too).
- Lift up to 50 lbs.
- Love to help around the shop and keep your area neat and clean; organization is everything.
- Effectively able to communicate instructions to team members and follow up.

Wages will depend on your experience, how well you progress, and any hidden skills we may discover. Extended Benefit packages are available after 3 months with a positive evaluation.
