- **Essential Functions Include**:_
*Pretesting Patients
*Administering Visual Field Testing and Ocular Coherence Tomography (OCT) to patients
*Booking and Confirming Appointments
*Reception and Administration Duties as required including answering phones, submitting and reconciling billing
*Providing support and assistance to opticians and optical including assisting patients with frame selection and minor repairs
*Ordering of Contact Lenses
*Insertion and Removal Training of Contact Lenses
*Co-ordination of Doctor/Staff scheduling
- **Qualifications, Education, Professional Development**:_
*Efficient Computer Skills
*Must be detail oriented and possess excellent oral and written communication skills
*Excellent Interpersonal Skills
*Establish and maintain positive working relationships with others/Team player
*Works co-operatively and effectively with others to set goals and make decisions to enhance organizational effectiveness
*Rate of pay will coincide with level of experience and certification
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
