**Redline Auto Group is hiring for our Service Facility in London. We have been in the business for 16 years and are comprised of 4 dealerships and 3 service centers, located in London, Mississauga, and Cambridge.**

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- **Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.**
- **Ability to motivate coach and counsel direct staff.**
- **Minimum 5 years of automotive dealership experience in all factors of service department systems, procedures, and controls.**
- **Ability to manage, evaluate, develop, and direct staff.**
- **Valid Driver's license with clean abstract**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Knowledge of automotive systems in general**
- **Assist Service Manager with daily duties**
- **Ability to greet customers with courtesy and manage distressed customers**
- **Knowledge of automotive systems and ability to explain systems and repairs to customers of varying levels of technical understanding**
- **Ability to influence, negotiate and resolve concerns effectively**
- **Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment**
- **Assist service tasks and monitor the progress of current projects**

**Salary**: From $44,210.01 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

**Experience**:

- service advisor: 5 years (preferred)
- Customer service: 4 years (preferred)
