**SEEKING FULL TIME STORE MANAGER AT EZ-VAPE ROYAL OAK **6-4517 West Saanich Road, Victoria, BC. 35-45 HOURS PER WEEK. STARTING WAGE: $18.50-$19 per hour. ROOM FOR WAGE INCREASE BASED ON PERFORMANCE AFTER 90 DAY PROBATIONARY PERIOD.

VAPING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.

EZ-Vape Store Name is now hiring a Full Time Store Supervisor We are one of the leading suppliers in vaporizers, e-liquids, and accessories with an emphasis on customer service.

As a salesperson at EZ-Vape, you will work directly with customers helping them to select appropriate gear to fit their lifestyles.
- Must be 19 years of age or older
- Must be legally authorized to work in the Canada
- Customer service skills, including problem solving
- Previous Management experience
- Must have previous experience handling cash, till reconciliation, till settlement
- Must have previous experience working a POS system
- Previous experience with receiving procedures is an asset
- Previous experience with stock ordering is an asset
- Strong self starter, has ability to work independently and with a team
- Flexible schedule, willing to cover when other staff members are sick
- Customer service skills & mindset
- Team-Player with a positive attitude
- Exceptional relationship building abilities
- Self-motivated
- Excellent communication skills
- Punctual, reliable and professional
- Ability to stand for approximately 6-8 hours
- Works independently with little or no supervision.

**Job Duties**
- Recommend and select the right merchandise based on the individual’s requirements
- Build customer confidence by offering them suggestions and opinions
- Explain the advantage and use of the merchandise to the customer
- Demonstrate use and operation of the product
- Answer customer queries regarding the store and the merchandise
- Arrange and display merchandise
- Keep merchandise area tidy
- Ensure 100% customer satisfaction
- Arriving to work on time, and present for all scheduled shifts.
- Set a weekly schedule for self and staff. Required to work one weekend day each week.
- Perform store opening and store closing procedures..
- Available for annual store inventory.
- Wear an EZ-Vape uniform on all scheduled shifts.

**Education and Experience**
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Relevant product knowledge and training
- Previous management experience is an asset and preferred

Having a vehicle and reliable transportation is an asset **Schedule**:

- 9 hour shifts (Last hour is paid overtime)
- Schedule to be determined
- Additional hours available
- Training shifts vary upon hire
- Weekend availability
