**E-COMMERCE & DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST**

**SCHEDULE**: Full-Time, In-Person (Monday to Friday)

**POSITION OVERVIEW**:
We are seeking a **highly skilled and motivated E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Specialist** to manage and grow our presence across **Amazon**, **Shopify**, and **Google** platforms. This is an in-person role suited for someone with technical expertise, marketing acumen, and outstanding communication skills.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
**100% Fluency in English - Written and Verbal (Clear English Accent REQUIRED)**

**Ability to Speak French - MAJOR ASSET (Higher Wage Offered)**

**Bachelor’s Degree - REQUIRED**

**Minimum 2 Years of Experience in a Similar Role**

**Google Ads Certification - REQUIRED**

**Amazon Seller Central Experience - REQUIRED**

**Proficiency in CSS and HTML - REQUIRED**

**In-Person Availability Monday to Friday**

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**30% Amazon & Shopify Management**
- Create and manage **Amazon Listings with A+ Content**:

- Manage inventory, pricing, collections, and product setup via **Amazon Seller Central**:

- Oversee **Shopify Back-End**, including layout updates, pricing structures, and collection setup
- Use **CSS and HTML** for theme edits and visual customization

**30% Google Ads & Digital Advertising**
- Launch and optimize **Google Ads campaigns**:

- Maintain **Google Merchant Center** product feeds
- **Target specific geographic areas in multiple languages**, including French

**30% Customer Support & Sales**
- **Process Orders** both onsite and over the phone
- **Upsell Products & Services** to increase order value
- **Create Invoices** and accept direct payments
- Write and publish **SEO-optimized blog content** and promotional materials
