- Work closely with diverse teams to efficiently transport, load, unload, and store products for packaging and shipping.
- Operate forklifts with a strong focus on personal and team safety.
- Skillfully maneuver through confined spaces and manage First-In-First-Out (FIFO) inventory to ensure optimal product flow to customers.
- Adapt quickly between production stations to maintain consistent product quality standards.
- Strictly adhere to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and safety procedures and guidelines.
- Maintain our high-quality standards by meticulously inspecting each batch for quality and accuracy, ensuring the consistent delivery of premium finished products.
- Offer flexible support to other production departments and functions as required.
- Consistently follow all company policies, procedures, and programs, including GMP, Quality, Food Safety, and Health & Safety protocols.

**Requirements**:

- Demonstrated expertise in operating forklifts, particularly counterbalance and Raymond Reach with 3 years of experience.
- Solid mechanical knowledge with the capability to troubleshoot equipment issues as they occur.
- Previous experience in a warehouse setting is preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.50 per hour

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Counterbalance & Raymond reach: 3 years (required)
