**Edwards Entrepreneurship Exploration Summer Youth Camp Leaders**:
The Edwards School of Business is seeking four Camp Leaders to support the Edwards Entrepreneurship Exploration Summer Youth Camp 2025. Camp Leaders will play an integral role in supporting the Edwards Entrepreneurship initiative and in the school’s vision to be recognized as an essential component of Saskatchewan’s entrepreneurship community.

**Primary Purpose**: Camp leaders will deliver business curriculum to youth attending the Edwards Entrepreneurship Exploration Camps, working directly with youth aged 9 to 14 with the goal of balancing fun with quality learning.

**Nature of Work**: Camp Leaders will facilitate various activities such as crafts, games, and structured teaching. All aspects of the program delivery are required of Camp Leaders, requiring some level of independent judgment and decision-making. The camps will be held in both a classroom setting in the Edwards School of Business and outdoor areas on campus.

**Hours of Work**: Approximately 16 to 20 hours during the months of May, June, July for periodical meetings and up to 150 hours in July for the Summer Camp. Camp Leaders must have full availability for the following weeks:
**Week 1**: July 7 - July 11
**Week 2**: July 14 - July 18
**Week 3**: July 21 - July 25

**Typical Duties and Accountabilities**:

- Working within a collaborative student team to support planning and curriculum development.
- Maintaining a high level of supervision and safe environment for camp participants.
- Implementation of curriculum and activities during camp; and
- Other duties as assigned.

**Education**: You must be registered in an Edwards undergraduate or graduate program (or graduating in June 2025).

**Experience/Skills**:

- Background in business, startups, or entrepreneurial ventures, with a proven ability to communicate business concepts.
- Experience working with children or adolescents in an educational or camp setting, with the ability to adapt lessons to different age groups.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a group while working collaboratively with fellow leaders.
- Ability to plan, implement, and manage multiple activities and schedules while ensuring camp runs efficiently.
- Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain it)
- Experience working with children.
- Clean criminal record including vulnerable sector check.

Where a graduate student is appointed to this position, it will be in the scope of PSAC.
