**Job Overview**

1hr homecare client in the mornings with a private family in Georgetown, looking for morning support around 7 or 8am

**Duties**
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive and nurturing environment.
- Help with meal preparation and ensure clients receive proper nutrition according to dietary needs.
- Administer medication as prescribed and monitor clients for any changes in health or behavior.
- Assist with mobility and transportation needs, ensuring safe movement within the home or facility.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any concerns to healthcare professionals or family members.
- Collaborate with other healthcare staff to develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each client's needs.

**Skills**
- Experience in assisted living, nursing home settings, or caregiving is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of patient care practices, including medication administration and senior care protocols.
- Ability to prepare nutritious meals that cater to specific dietary requirements.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Compassionate demeanor with a genuine desire to help others improve their quality of life.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in following care plans and documenting services provided.
- Previous experience in hospice care or home care settings is a plus.
