We are seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join our team as a **B2B Social Media and Marketing Coordinato**r. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining our B2B social presence, generating compelling content, and executing marketing strategies to promote our brand to our target audience.
**Responsibilities**:
**B2B Social Presence and Content Generation**:
- Create and manage B2B social media profiles, including Linkedin, Twitter/X, Instagram, and Facebook business pages.
- Develop engaging and relevant content that aligns with our brand and resonates with our B2B audience.
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media platforms.
**B2B Website Marketing and Planning**:
- Identify opportunities to increase inbound traffic and lead generation through the company website.
- Regularly update and maintain the content on the business page of our website.
- Analyze web traffic data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance user experience and conversion rates.
**Vendor Coordination**:
- Meet and greet key vendors to strengthen business relationships.
- Collaborate with vendors to schedule team training sessions that align with our marketing plan.
- Coordinate the creation and distribution of promotional materials and social content based on vendors' marketing strategies.
**Events**:
- Identify B2B focused events that align with our marketing plan and target audience.
- Develop innovative ways to engage with the target audience during events to maximize brand exposure and lead generation.
**Marketing Calendar Planning**:
- Regularly update the marketing calendar based on market trends and business priorities.
- Ensure timely execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives as per the established schedule.
**Offsite Responsibilities**:
- Conduct occasional visits to retail stores to assess the effectiveness of marketing materials and gather customer feedback.
- Attend and set up B2B events, ensuring smooth logistics and successful event participation.
**B2B Coordinator Duties (Supplemental)**:
- Maintain lead lists and account assignments to support sales and marketing efforts.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in B2B social media management, content generation, and digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their respective best practices.
- Proficiency in web analytics tools and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective vendor coordination.
- Prior experience in event planning and execution is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM systems for lead management is advantageous.
