**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of employees in a shift.
- Ensure that all safety and security protocols are followed.
- Monitor the performance of employees and provide feedback to improve productivity.
- Train new employees in job duties and safety procedures.
- Enforce company policies and procedures.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of shift activities.
