**Job Title: Offsite Events Catering Chef - Italian Cuisine**

**Responsibilities**:

- Designing customized menus for offsite catering events, tailored to client preferences and dietary requirements
- Preparing high-quality Italian dishes in accordance with established recipes and standards
- Managing food preparation and cooking at offsite locations, ensuring timely service and presentation
- Overseeing kitchen staff and coordinating logistics for offsite events
- Providing exceptional customer service and representing the company professionally at all times
- Ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a chef specializing in Italian cuisine
- Previous experience in offsite catering, preferably as a personal chef
- Strong culinary skills and a passion for creating delicious food
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
