**Crop Inputs Representative**

Your Role
- This role is titled internally as Customer Service Representative._

Day to Day
- Prospect new customers and expand business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with growers by understanding their needs and providing agronomic services.
- Offer technical support and advice on crop inputs products to help maximize yields and profitability.
- Stay current on the latest crop input technologies, industry advancements and best practices.
- Collaborate with Crop Inputs Manager, Merchant, and suppliers to stay updated on product availability and pricing.
- Assist with operations and administrative duties as required to ensure efficient delivery and exceptional service.

**Qualifications**:

- Post-secondary education in an Agriculture-related program or experience in an Agriculture retail business.
- P.Ag or CCA certification (or the ability to obtain) is an asset.
- Experience in dealing with agricultural producers.
- Knowledge of local crops and crop protection solutions.
- Sales and customer service skills, with the ability to execute plans that drive revenue generation.
- Valid driver’s license is required.
