GM is looking for a Full-Time Customer Care Liaison to join our dynamic team at the dealership. Key duties include:

- Greeting and welcoming all visitors
- Answering phone calls and directing customers appropriately
- Booking service appointments and assisting with cashiering
- Helping with general administrative tasks and supporting the service team
- Responding to customer inquiries with clear and accurate information
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
- Collaborating with team members and updating filing systems as needed
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
- Proficiency in keyboarding and comfort with computers
- A professional appearance and attitude
- A dependable, punctual work ethic
- attendance is crucial
- The ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure

Mechanical knowledge is helpful but not required, we’re happy to train the right person
