**Experienced Medical Supplies and Equipment Customer Service Representative -**
Vancouver, BC

Available: Monday, Wednesday and Saturday

As an integral member of the Medical Supplies team, we are after someone with experience and product knowledge with the sale of medical equipment and supplies to deliver the Customer Service to deliver quality patient care and excellent customer service. You will be responsible for selling products, merchandise and services in a retail setting. These goods are such items as ostomy, compression stockings, braces, wound management care, walkers, canes and personal hygiene supplies to name a few...

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries
- Measuring and fitting customers for various medical products
- Handle and resolve customer complaints
- Process orders
- Receive shipments
- Merchandise inventory by putting stock away on store shelves and optimizing displays for retail sales for the best customer experience while shopping with us

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent
- Experience in handling cash
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Knowledge of administrative procedures
- Knowledge in ostomy and other personal medical equipment and supplies is an asset
- experience in fitting for compression stocking and/or bracing an asset
